Conscious Connected Breathing is a powerful technique to let go of old thought patterns and create a shift in consciousness. The breathing triggers a natural process of cleansing and relaxation, dissolving blocks to improve emotional balance, awareness and aliveness. It consists of using a circular and conscious-connected breathing technique with an intention while lying flat on a yoga mat or sleeping-bag with music playing to bring integration of body-mind-and-spirit.
The workshop usually lasts for 3 hours. Please bring your own Yoga mat/blanket and pillows for comfort. We will discuss and set intentions followed by a group breath work.
Facilitator: Clarke Henderson-Davis, BS CAP CTT Advanced Level II Breath Instructor. Clarke has 26 plus years of work in addiction and trauma treatment, with wide-ranging experience involving individuals with Trauma, PTSD, substance addictions, process addictions, and mood disorders.
